Ms. Srishti Saha is a trained clinical psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. A consistently above average academic performer, she secured first position in the West Bengal University of Health Sciences during her M.Phil. She is currently attached with the prestigious Fortis Healthcare Organization as a Consultant Psychologist. Ms. Srishti has a broad knowledge of and extensive training in psychological assessments with a wide range of psychometric tools including a certification in the theoretical and practical orientation to the Exner’s System of the Rorschach Inkblot Method. She is also an expert in individual and group psychotherapeutic sessions for all major psychiatric disorders. She uses a wide variety of modes such as behaviour therapy for childhood disorders like Autism, ADHD and Conduct Disorder as well as Schizophrenia; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Depressive Disorders, Anxiety spectrum disorders and Adjustment disorders; Rational- emotive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for personality disorders. She is also highly skilled and proficient in marital therapy, and sex therapy. Along with this, she has an in-depth knowledge of behaviour medicine which equips her for the management of other illnesses, such as intervention for behavioural problems and cognitive deficits in epilepsy, psychotherapy and grief counselling for terminal illnesses such as cancer, AIDS and neuropsychological rehabilitation for dementia and traumatic brain injuries.

Ms. Srishti holds a special interest in education and training of youngsters in the field of psychology. She has been tutoring and guiding students at the school, college and university level for the last 6 years. She is also the joint organizer of an Internship program for Psychology and Psychiatry students where she is involved heavily in the academic training as well as clinical supervision of the interns.

Ms. Saha is an active participant in community welfare and awareness programs. She has conducted talks, presentations and workshops for a variety of audience such as students, corporate executives, and healthcare professionals, on a wide number of relevant topics such as stress management, internet addiction, smoking cessation, and school-related issues.
